I am sorry to know about your difficult situation. I understand you have lied on your online friend Jimmy because you are not confident in yourself. You thought that could impress him but you had not expected he would come Hong Kong to visit you with his family. I can understand how worried you are now!

I think the only solution is to tell Jimmy the truth. You must send him an email before he comes to Hong Kong. You should explain to him why you did not tell him the truth about yourself but first of all remember to apologize for telling lies.

You can tell Jimmy you are still eager and willing to meet him and his family next month. In my opinion, there is a great chance to meet them anyway.
