1 Corinthians 13: 1 & 13

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

A Review (4E Peter Poon)

Tony Melendez is a Christian musician, and he is very special. Tony Melendez, a Nicaraguan American, was born on September 15, 1987. He was born without arms because his mother was prescribed thalidomide, a drug used to help calm morning sickness during her pregnancy. Although he is a disabled person, he loves God. He has not given up and he has a dream instead. He likes music very much and his dream is to become a musician. He learned to use his toes to play the guitar. He has written and performed a touching song entitled “Never Be the Same”. It was an appropriate song, for those few moments, changing his life, and brought his unrestrained abilities as a guitarist into national attention. Currently, he resides in Branson Missouri with his wife and children. He said that he would share all of the memories with his children. He will keep singing and continue to share his life and keep making music for all who will listen. I think Tony’s life is truly amazing! A man who can play the guitar without arms, and his music has changed many people’s lives! He taught me a lesson that we should give thanks to God for His blessing on us. We lack nothing and we should have a grateful heart and should never take this for granted!
