Background
The ex-president of Taiwan, Chen Shui-Bian, is in prison. He is having the chance to meet two other corrupting leaders in Africa and North Korea. Later on, Bian’s wife and daughter are also paying a visit to him to discuss the process of their plans. The show will come to an end after the existing president of Taiwan, Mr. Ma, makes comments on Bian’s case.
